– First of all break the eggs in a bowl. Then add salt as per taste and mix well. Then add onion, green coriander and chilli flakes and mix well.
Now take a cake tin and apply oil on it and grease it well. To steam the eggs, pour the batter in the tin and steam the eggs in the same way as we make Dhokla.
– Pour one and a half glass of water in a pan and keep it on gas. As soon as the water starts boiling, put the stent in it. Then place the cake tin on top of the stent, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on high flame for 15 minutes.
– After the stipulated time, open it and see whether the egg has set properly or not. – Turn off the gas and take out the egg tin. When it cools down, scrape the edges with a knife, then place a plate over it and turn it upside down and tape it, these will come out very easily.
– Remove the edges, cut at a gap of one inch with the help of a knife, then cut from the middle to the size of fingers. Our egg fingers are ready, you can eat it as is, it tastes very good.
– Mix corn flour, all purpose flour and salt in a bowl and mix well. Then prepare a thick solution by adding water to it.
– Dip the egg fingers in corn flour solution and then wrap it well with corn flour. Similarly, prepare all the other egg fingers.
-Put oil in a pan and keep it to heat. When the oil is hot, put 3 to 4 egg fingers in it. Fry the egg fingers on medium to high flame until they turn golden brown. When they become golden brown or crunchy, take them out. Prepare all the remaining egg fingers in the same manner. Crispy and delicious egg fingers are ready.
