It is known that this song was created almost two decades ago in 2005. But the song was not released due to various reasons. Finally the singer himself took the initiative to bring it forward.
Rafiqul Alam called AB the ‘Van Halen’ of Bangladesh. He said, “In 2005, we were working on another song, and the idea of doing a song together kept coming back and forth.” After many discussions, suddenly Bachchu sang this song one day and said, ‘Brother this song is done by you’. But sadly, the song never got done. Moreover, Bachchu’s sudden departure was also very difficult. Finally got the song done.”

Since my father is singing the song, he has to think less of the western aspect. Because of this, the work was not easy for me. I hope I have done justice to the song. It would be great if I could listen to Ayub Bachchu once.’
It is reported that Rafiqul Alam’s own YouTube channel will release the song ‘Freedom’ on Tuesday (March 26) morning.
Incidentally, Ayub Bachchu, the most successful star of Bangla band music, died on October 18, 2018.
