  • Friday, March 15 – 6:00 p.m..

A four-year journey of dedication and commitment, marked by challenges that included the adversity of a pandemic, emerges as a visual testimony, where the reality of six boys and girls from Coquimbo affected by neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism, is presented.

“Forgotten Disorder” is an artistic dissemination medium with a social focus that seeks to bring together those who are often marginalized. With the collaboration of the photographer Miguel Ángel Larrea in the edition, and the designer Aribel González, each page of this work fuses creativity and sensitivity to create a visual story that invites the reader to connect with the stories behind the photographs.

This project has been possible thanks to the financial support obtained through a Fondart project, awarded in the line of National Artistic Creation 2023. Highlighting the collaboration of the Cidart Corporation, a Neurodevelopment center in the Coquimbo region, aimed at people with disabilities, focused on contributing to the comprehensive development of people with disabilities, as well as their families and environments.
