LA Lakers and Warriors Suffer Heavy Defeat

A total of nine regular season games NBA 2023/2024 was completed, Thursday (14/3/2024). As a result, the Los Angeles (LA) Lakers and Golden State Warriors compactly swallowed a crushing defeat.

Visiting the Golden 1 Center Arena, the LA Lakers had to deal with the aggressive play of the Sacramento Kings and made the score even at 29-29 in the first quarter. However, the LA Lakers experienced difficulties and had to trail 56-60 to the home team in the second quarter.

Meanwhile, the Kings played more aggressively in the third quarter, leaving the LA Lakers behind 73-88. Even though they were able to recover in the fourth quarter, the yellow and purple team had to close the match with a 107-120 defeat to the Kings.

Even though the LA Lakers lost, Austin Reaves was the top scorer with 28 points in 37 minutes of appearance. Meanwhile, Domantas Sabonis successfully led the Kings to victory after making a triple-double with 17 points, 10 assists and 19 rebounds from 38 minutes of play.

The Warriors also got less good results when they faced the Dallas Maverick at the American Airlines Center Arena. Even though they were able to balance the game in the first quarter, the Warriors experienced difficulties in the second quarter and had to trail the Mavericks 42-48.

The Warriors fought back in the third quarter, but still trailed 70-76. The team made by Steve Kerr also had to close the match with a crushing defeat of 99-109 to the home team.

Jonathan Kuminga was the leading scorer in the Warriors’ defeat with 27 points in 35 minutes. Meanwhile, Kyrie Irving successfully made a double-double with 23 points and 10 assists from 35 minutes of play.
