Khouribga hosts the Documentary Film Festival

From December 18 to 21, the city of Khouribga will host the activities of the fifteenth session of the International Documentary Film Festival.

The Khouribga International Documentary Film Festival Association has informed all directors, producers, professionals and those interested that the festival administration will receive films wishing to be nominated within the official competition category, “Professional Competition or Youth Competition (graduates of schools, institutes and universities), with the end of June 2024 set as the last date for participation.

According to the association organizing this festival, those wishing to participate in this session must send their nomination files via email to the association [email protected] Or to the association’s regular mail, provided that the file includes a photo of the director and his biography within four lines in Arabic and English, a copy of the film, its poster and a summary within three lines in Arabic and English, and a short message addressed to the president of the association stating permission to screen the film within the official competition of the festival in Selected status.

The festival administration has set a set of conditions that must be included in the submitted works. Such as the quality of sound and image as technical conditions, the creativity of the idea, and the nature of the direction, stressing that films produced during the years 2022/2023/2024 are acceptable.

According to the same communication, the selected films will compete for a set of prizes, which will be determined in a special communication, accompanied by members of the jury, with several notifications being published gradually, about paragraphs and other details related to this session.
