Kenia López Rabadán warns that they will go to the SCJN for welfare pensions

MEXICO CITY (apro).– After the Welfare Pension Fund was approved in committees of the Chamber of Deputies, PAN senator Kenya López Rabadán warned that they will go to the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN). ) to defend the savings of older adults.

On her social networks, the PAN legislator detailed that, with the votes of Morena and her allies, the biggest theft in history was committed for the workers.

“They are thinking of taking away your pension fund. They will take the Afores of people over 70 years old… They want to continue the theft in the Senate this week. But let it be clear to you: We will go to the SCJN to defend the savings of older adults,” he shared.

In the same publication, López Rabadán emphasized that the “cynics” called it Pensions for Welfare, but, he wrote, they should call it “Theft of Pensions for Welfare.”

Finally, he asked that this June 2 vote for Xóchitl Gálvez, presidential candidate for the Fuerza y ​​Corazón por México coalition, as well as candidate legislators from those parties.

This Monday, in an extraordinary meeting of the Social Security Commission, deputies approved the creation of the Pension Fund for Wellbeing with unclaimed savings from workers in their Afores.
