(apro).- The judicial authority of Cuautitlán established a justified precautionary measure of preventive detention for Ken de Omar “N”, who was under conditional freedom for the murder of a person dedicated to the sale of tamales, now detained for his probable intervention in crimes against health.

This Friday the court decreed as legal the arrest of Ken de Omar “N” and Yair Serafín “N”, both accused of the alleged commission of the same crime.

The first had a criminal substitute for conditional release under the modality of electronic monitoring supervision, since on August 11, 2023 he was sentenced to 6 years in prison for his intervention in the crime of homicide committed on December 24, 2022. , when while driving his vehicle he ran over and caused the death of a person with the initials JCM dedicated to selling tamales.

Ken de Omar “N” and Yair Serafín “N” were arrested on April 30 by elements of the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office, when during an operation they carried out a search of a green Mini Cooper brand vehicle in which they were traveling and they found wrappers and bags. , apparently with narcotics.

Omar “N” Ken wore an electronic bracelet with an aluminum casing that was apparently intended to manipulate his signal.

A condition to maintain the benefit of conditional release is not to commit any illegal act; Because the sentenced person failed to comply with the conditions, the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office will ask the judge to annul it and order the execution of the prison sentence.
