The licensed Asian championship in rhythmic gymnastics has ended in Tashkent, Liter.kz reports.
The Kazakhstan team with a score of 321.60 points became second, losing only to the hosts of the tournament – the Uzbekistan team (329.45 points), and Japan in third place (316.85 points).
In individual competitions, Elzhana Tanieva, who previously became an all-around champion, took first place in the hoop exercise (33.90), fourth in the ribbon exercise (31.05), fifth in the mace exercise (30.80), and fifth in the ball exercise (32.60). third.
Another Kazakh woman, Aibota Ertaikyzy, showed the third result in the hoop exercise (33.25), the first result with the ribbon (32.90), the sixth result with the mace (30.15), and the second result with the ball (32.65).
In team competitions, the RK team – consisting of Ayaulym Kadyr, Aruzhan Kalsaeva, Aksunkar Abdirahman, Bayan Koybakar, Maria Kornienko, Sofia An – won bronze in exercises with five hoops (32.10), two balls and three ribbons (29.65).
