The Cesar Assembly is also made up of the deputies: Jorge Andrés Pana Ramos (U Party), Jorge Antonio Barros Gnecco (U Party), Carlos Alberto Daza Lobo (Liberal Party), Jesús Javier Suárez Moscote (Liberal Party), Miguel Ángel Gutiérrez (Radical Change), Fawzi Muvdi Anillo (Conservative), Manuel Gutiérrez Pretel (ASI), Ronalt Arturo Castilla Brochel (AV Coalition – MIRA – EM). Meanwhile, the Secretariat was assumed by José Carlos Pérez, with nine votes in favor.

During the session, the elected governor of Cesar, Elvia Milena Sanjuán, also took office, who called for unity to work for the development of the department.
