José Armando, Cruz Azul fan who went viral, dies; he had leukemia

The Mexican soccer community is in mourning after the death of José Armando, the little Cruz Azul fan who went viral for his love of cement colors, was announced.

It was a couple of weeks ago when a small Cruz Azul fan went viral by demonstrating his great fanaticism for Cruz Azul. His impact was so great that the club, in addition to giving him an autographed shirt, the player Urial Antuna dedicated a goal to him in the match against Chivas.

Unfortunately, this April 23, the sensitive death of the 14-year-old boy was announced, after an arduous battle against the lymphoblastic leukemia he suffered from. The little fan had undergone 120 chemotherapies for his recovery.

Through the cement team’s social networks, they regretted the departure of José Armando, saying goodbye to one of their most fervent fans.
