Ivan Gunawan Visits the Mosque He Built in Uganda, Slaughters 3 Cows and Distributes the Money

JAKARTA – Ivan Gunawan returned to visit the mosque built in Uganda, an East African state. He and his team came to meet hundreds of local residents and held a meal together as a form of gratitude.

On that occasion, Igun expressed his gratitude after successfully building a mosque in the interior of Uganda. He even hopes that the mosque will not be the first and last he builds there.

“Thanks to Allah for the blessings I received, today I am in Uganda, I hope this mosque will not only be the first and last but Insha Allah I will build another mosque here,” wrote Igun on his social media, quoted Thursday ( 4/25/2024).

The short video also records the happy expressions of Ugandans, especially children, when they welcomed Igun’s arrival. The presence of this mosque is also considered to be very helpful for people who live far from the city center to worship.

Apart from chatting with the community, Igun also slaughtered cows to be cooked as a meal with local residents.

In the description of his post, Igun again expressed his gratitude for being able to make hundreds of poor people there happy.

“Thank you ALLAH for the endless blessings for me and my family until I arrived in Uganda,” wrote Ivan Gunawan.

“We had fun in the mosque and slaughtered the cow and then cooked it. The beauty of this day makes it a day that I will always remember,” he wrote.
