JAKARTA – Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan have officially divorced since Friday (3/5/2024) after being decided by the South Jakarta Religious Court.

After the verdict, Teuku Ryan was criticized by netizens because the actor’s bad character when he was still Ria Ricis’ husband was finally revealed.

In the Directory of Decisions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, PA JAKARTA SELATAN Decision Number 547/Pdt.G/2024/PA.JS summarizes all the reasons that made Ria Ricis determined to divorce. One of them, Teuku Ryan kept Ricis quiet for a week because he didn’t have any money. Ria Ricis then transferred IDR 500 million to her husband.

“The Defendant also kept the Plaintiff (Ria Ricis) silent for approximately one week on the grounds that he had no money, until finally the Plaintiff took the initiative to transfer money to the Defendant (Teuku Ryan) amounting to IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million) via WITNESS II to be forwarded to the Defendant with “the reason is that the work money comes from the brand,” wrote the statement in the court decision, quoted on Sunday (5/5/2024).

After receiving the transfer from Ria Ricis, Teuku Ryan’s attitude immediately changed for the better.

“Then the Defendant changed his attitude towards the Plaintiff,” added the statement of the trial decision.
