The IRIS-T SLX air defense missile complex, short for IRIS-T Surface Launched Extended Range, is a powerful upgraded version of the IRIS-T SLM system, developed by Germany’s Diehl Defense corporation. This air defense missile complex provides outstanding long-range defense capabilities.

IRIS-T SLX extensively applies improvements in missile bullets to double the range to 80km and intercept height of 30km.
