Invitation to the press conference: Nursing policy ranking

2023 was the year of our “Right to Care” campaign. In 2024 we want to know what happened to it. That’s why the ÖGKV invited the campaigning parties to the Care Policy Ranking 2024. We wanted to know from the parties what they are planning for professional care and good care for the population. Categories that are crucial for this:
1. Elimination of nursing staff shortages
2. Improving working conditions
3. Relieving the burden on professional nursing staff
4. Sustainable financing of nursing care
5. Measures to improve image
A group of experts from the ÖGKV (Austrian Health and Nursing Association) assessed the programs according to these 5 categories. The entire ranking will be presented at the press conference on April 24, 2024.
