In ‘El Boliche’ they vandalized the traffic signs

After installing 22 traffic signs as part of the mobility control actions in the ‘El Boliche’ sector, in the center of Valledupar, six of these elements were vandalized.

The report was made by the Municipal Transit and Transportation Secretariat, which showed the damage and disappearance of six of the signs, installed just 24 hours ago in races 6A and 7A; and 19C and 19D streets.

Police units were present in said sector with the purpose of investigating what happened and preventing these events from continuing to occur.

The call to citizens, by the municipal administration, is to denounce these events and have a sense of belonging in the face of these investments that also come out of their tax pockets.

The Secretary of Transit, Diana Daza, states that the installation and replacement of vertical information signs aims to improve mobility, take actions to recover public space and guarantee safe transit in the ‘El Boliche’ sector.
