The appearance of cavities, gum infection and bad breath are just some of the consequences of this lack of habit. However, in the interest of taking care of our teeth, brushing immediately after we eat is not recommended either.

Field work showed that those people who maintained adequate oral hygiene at night significantly reduced the risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
