The subject arrested is Tran Van Loi (born 1990; residing in Quang Thuan ward, Ba Don town, Quang Binh province).
On the evening of February 28, while on duty to check and handle alcohol and drug violations at Km 657+300 on Ly Thanh Tong Street, Loc Ninh Commune, Dong Hoi City, professional police forces Quang Binh province and Working Group No. 2 – Ministry of Public Security, stopped a motorbike driven by a young man for inspection.

When the whistle blew, the young man immediately accelerated and ran away. Realizing many unusual signs, the Working Group immediately sent forces to pursue and arrest him immediately afterward.
The subject gave his name as Tran Van Loi. Inside Loi’s pocket were two plastic bags containing a total of 1,980 round tablets of modern medicine. The subject admitted that these tablets were synthetic drugs of the heroin type.
The Investigation Police Department of Quang Binh Province conducted a record of arresting the offender red-handed, confiscating related evidence, and issued a decision to temporarily detain Tran Van Loi for further investigation and clarification according to the provisions of the Law. .
