Frost and fog expected in Kazakhstan

A storm warning has been announced in several regions of Kazakhstan, Liter.kz reports.

During the day in West Kazakhstan region wind southwest, west, in the north, east, in the center of the region gusts of 15-20 m/s. In Uralsk, the wind is south-west, west, gusts of 18 m/s during the day.

In the west, north, south Mangystau region thunderstorm is expected. There remains a high fire danger in the region. There is still a high fire danger in Aktau.

At night in mountainous areas Turkestan region Heavy rain is expected. At night in the west, south, in the mountainous and foothill regions, during the day in the mountainous and foothill regions of the region there are occasional thunderstorms and squalls. The wind is northwest turning to southeast, with thunderstorm gusts of 15-20 m/s. In Shymkent, thunderstorms and squalls are expected from time to time. IN East Kazakhstan region Rain is expected, with heavy rain in the east of the region at night. During the day there is a thunderstorm in the east and south of the region. The wind is northwest, in the north, east, south of the region gusts of 15-20 m/s.

At night in the south, east Karaganda region thunderstorm is expected. The wind is northwest, gusts of 15-20 m/s in the south of the region. Frosts of -3° are expected in the north of the region at night. There is still a high fire danger in the west, south, and center of the region. In Karaganda, frosts of -2° are expected on the soil surface at night.

Night and morning in the south Ulytau region Fog is expected. In the center and east of the region, a high fire danger remains.

At night in mountainous areas Zhetysu region Heavy rain is expected. In the southern half, in the center, in the mountainous areas of the region – thunderstorm, hail. Wind northwest, in the north, east, in the center of the region 15-20, gusts 23-28 m/s during the day. A thunderstorm is expected in Taldykorgan at night. The wind is northwest, with thunderstorm gusts of 15-20 m/s at night.

IN Akmola region The wind is expected to be southwest turning to southeast, with gusts of 15-20 m/s during the day in the north of the region. Frosts of -1-6° are expected at night. In Kokshetau, frosts of -2° are expected on the soil surface at night.

During the day in the west, south Kostanay region thunderstorm is expected. Southwestern wind at night in the west of the region, gusts of 15-20 m/s during the day. At night frosts -1-6°. In Kostanay, southwestern winds are expected, gusts of 15-20 m/s during the day. At night frosts -1-3°.

IN North Kazakhstan region Frosts of -1-6° are expected at night. Wind southwest, gusts 15-20 m/s during the day. In Petropavlovsk, frosts of -1-3° are expected at night. Wind southwest, gusts 15-20 m/s during the day.

Night and morning in the east Atyrau region thunderstorm is expected. There remains a high fire danger in the north, west, and east of the region.

At night in the north Aktobe region Frosts remain -3°. The wind is south-east turning to south-west; during the day in the north of the region gusts of 15 m/s. High fire danger is expected in the southwest of the region. In Aktobe, frosts remain at night -1-3°.

At night in the center, in the east Kyzylorda region Fog is expected, and thunderstorms in the north of the region during the day. There is still a high fire danger in the west of the region. Fog is expected in Kyzylorda at night.

At night in the west, north Pavlodar region Frosts of -2° are expected, fog is expected in the south and east of the region. The wind is west, gusts of 15-20 m/s at night in the south of the region.
