The students of the commercial academy RIGHT and PS This year Bad Ischl experienced an unforgettable football excursion that took them to Germany, more specifically to Eintracht Frankfurt.
The trip not only offered fascinating insights into the stadium of the 2022 Europa League winner and the Eintracht Museum, but also exciting games for the young people. The excursion began with a 1-0 home win by Eintracht Frankfurt against Mainz 05. The students were excited with the fans in the stadium. The following Saturday there was another Bundesliga game on the program: Wehen Wiesbaden against Hertha BSC Berlin. The encounter ended with a convincing 3-1 home win for Wehen Wiesbaden.
The heart of the excursion, however, was the sporting comparisons, especially the tournament with three partner clubs of Eintracht from Frankfurt. The team secured the victory with seven points RIGHT and PS Bad Ischl won the tournament.
In the game against RW In Darmstadt, the youngest players from the HAK Bad Ischl football team had to cope with a 6-0 defeat. An outstanding highlight was the duel with the U16 Eintracht Frankfurt team, coached by former Bundesliga striker Alex Meier. The game ended just 0-1 in favor of Eintracht Frankfurt, but offered everyone involved a gripping and, above all, intense experience.

Another highlight of the football excursion was the active participation of former student Lukas Paulik. With his video portal “Videobeweis” he was always live on site and presented videos from Frankfurt every day. This meant that those who stayed at home were able to experience the trip virtually and be inspired by the students’ impressions.
“I hope our footballers enjoyed the program. The experiences they were able to gain again are priceless. And if you only play the game against them U16 If you look at Eintracht Frankfurt, you can see how our good work is paying off and how the boys are improving over the years and growing into a really cool unit,” said Alexander Zöhrer, who is particularly pleased with the players’ development. The football excursion RIGHT and PS Bad Ischl will undoubtedly go down in school history as an unforgettable experience.
