To overcome difficulties in poverty reduction, in the coming time, Cai Be district will continue to implement Plan 24 dated August 16, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Directive 05 dated June 23 -2021 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party’s leadership in poverty reduction until 2030.
