Therefore, today we have brought for you the recipe of making ‘Mutton Korma’ with the help of which you will be able to welcome the guests well. So let us know about this recipe.
necessary ingredients
– 600 grams chopped boneless mutton
– 2 chopped onions
– One tablespoon ginger garlic paste
– 2 teaspoon coriander powder
– Half teaspoon red chili powder
– half cup curd
– half cup cream
– 2 spoons cashew paste
– 3 green cardamoms
– one large cardamom
– 4 to 5 cloves
– one inch cinnamon
– 7 to 8 black peppers
– One spoon garam masala powder
– Salt as per taste
– Oil
recipe
– Heat oil in a pan and add black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and black pepper and fry.
When all the spices are roasted, add chopped onions to the oil and fry until pink, then add garlic-ginger paste and stir for a minute.
Now add mutton pieces in the pan and fry on high flame for 5 minutes.
Then add coriander powder and red chilli powder to the mutton and stir for 2 minutes.
After this, add curd and some water to the mutton and mix well, then cover the pan with a plate and cook the mutton on low flame.
When the mutton is cooked well, add garam masala, fresh cream, cashew paste and stir and let it cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Now turn off the gas and serve Shahi Mutton Korma and eat it with roti.
