In order to preserve the national cultural heritage and traditions, Fast Bank supports the “National Center of Folk Music and Dance” SNOC and in order to publicize its performances, including the concert held in Saudi Arabia, Fast Bank donated 6 million drams to SNOC.
The main and important SNOC formed as a result of the union of music and dance groups representing Armenian folk art: “Altunyan” State Ensemble, State Dance Ensemble of Armenia, National Orchestras of Armenia, “Berekamutyun” State Ensemble, “Akunq” Ethnographic Ensemble and “Gusan” State Ensemble. the goal is the implementation of joint cultural activities in the fields of folk music and dance, in particular, the preservation and development of the traditions of performing arts, the formation and satisfaction of the spiritual demands of the society, the provision of a high-value artistic result, internationalization, raising the public rating, making the cultural community aware of Armenian folk art.
Although “National Center of Folk Music and Dance” SNOC has been established for a year, in this short time we have managed to participate in dozens of concerts and perform outside the borders of Armenia. Our main goal is to preserve the Armenian culture and we are very happy that Fast Bank is on our side in this matter. With the support of the bank, we publicized a number of performances of our groups, including our concerts in Saudi Arabia. Thus, we gave an opportunity to enjoy our performances also to those who were not physically present at our performances”, the head of the center noted. Armen Sargsyan։
