Famous Actor Hakan Yılmaz’s Father Necdet Yılmaz Passed Away

In the Bodrum district of Muğla, the father of the famous actor Hakan Yılmaz, Necdet Yılmaz (82), lost his life due to organ failure. Many celebrities and close friends attended the funeral ceremony held for Necdet Yılmaz at the Yalıkavak Central Mosque.

Famous actor Hakan Yılmaz’s father Necdet Yılmaz lost his life at 06:00 yesterday morning in his home in Yalıkavak Neighborhood due to organ failure. A funeral ceremony was held for Yılmaz, who passed away at the age of 82, at the Yalıkavak Central Mosque after the midday prayer. The funeral was attended by actor Hakan Yılmaz, famous actor Necmi Yapıcı, scriptwriter-director Gani Müjde, the Yılmaz family and many loved ones. While emotional moments were experienced at the ceremony, forgiveness was received for Yılmaz before the funeral prayer and Necdet Yılmaz was laid to rest in Sandıma Cemetery after the funeral prayer.

Hakan Yılmaz, who was deeply saddened, said, “Our father had been ill for a long time, he was a bit bedridden. We were already waiting a bit, he passed away peacefully without suffering much. I hope he finds his resting place in heaven. He felt at peace and longed for us. I received the news while we were filming and came here immediately.”

Actor Necmi Yapıcı expressed his feelings by saying, “I have known Uncle Necdet for 25 years. He was a brother I loved very much, he had been ill for a long time. May he rest in peace. Life is like that, it does not look at old age or youth.” – MUGLA
