Exhibition “The scabs of the landscape”

Galeria FLACH and EL Living invite Las Costras del Paisaje, by photographer Andrés Larraín Araneda, to the inauguration.
“Las Costras del Paisaje”, by Chilean photographer Andrés Larraín Araneda, corresponds to a photographic exhibition about the drought that has affected the province of Limarí for more than 10 years, in the Coquimbo region in northern Chile. This series of images shows how the residents of the area have had to adapt to the geographical and social changes that water scarcity has generated in the territory they inhabit.
This exhibition is developed as a collaborative curatorial proposal between FLACH gallery and El Living, a new space friendly to contemporary photography and visual arts.
The collaboration between the two spaces is presented as a proposal that arises from the need to make visible and enhance the discourses of both contemporary authors with the aim of generating another form of relationship from the community.
