An official source at Jumhouria Bank stated exclusively to Sada Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper that the bank has launched one of its latest digital services intended for businessmen, companies, merchants, and market and store owners, which is a smart application called “Business Banking,” to provide modern and digital services to this category of customers with broad advantages that add greater ease and flexibility in dealing. With their accounts, this service will enable business owners and companies to easily access their accounts and transfer their money using their phones without the need to visit their branches or any administrative procedure, with a ceiling of up to 250 thousand Libyan dinars per day and up to 5 million per month with the push of a button. The source added that businessmen, companies and merchants will be able to issue local cards within the national distributor’s Nomu network. It has special advantages to provide more flexibility in controlling their money and making purchases with very high ceilings to cover their commercial needs from wholesale markets and supply companies in very simple, easy and safe ways.

He also said: In the context of improving and raising the quality of services for individuals, the ceilings for daily financial transfers to and from customers’ accounts through the “Banking Plus” application and through the financial operations channel were increased to 15,000 daily or monthly, with an unlimited number of transactions, and with very small commissions not exceeding 20.
