It is worth giving space to meat, which a person needs all year round, because it is an important food for the body.

“You need to eat meat regardless of the season. A person needs protein every day. It is better to give preference to fatty meat in the autumn season,” Makisha advised.

According to him, you can warm up with hot drinks. They cause dilation of the vessels of the stomach and oral cavity, which increases blood circulation and therefore gives the body a feeling of warmth. It can be coffee with milk and cream or tea with lemon.
