The president of the Council asked to clarify or add more elements in relation to the letter REC-007-2024 based on: “That, on December 27, 2023, the Vice Chancellor of Extension and Social Projection of the University of Magdalena Juan Rogelio Linero Cueto , proceeded to unofficially review the examination of one of the candidates for the public contest for the election of Municipal Representative of Valledupar, read correctly, just three (3) days before the end of the constitutional period of the Municipal Council of Valledupar and, as a consequence of this , issue the final technical report.
