The Cabinet of Ministers decided “On the regulation of some issues related to the health protection of the employees of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
Publika.az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision in this regard.
According to the decision, the provision of sanitary-epidemiological, ambulatory-polyclinic and inpatient medical services to the employees of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including retired employees) and their family members “On the status of military personnel”, ” “On intelligence and counter-intelligence activities” and “On determination of the sphere of authority, division of duties and rights of subjects of intelligence and counter-intelligence activities, powers of implementation of intelligence and counter-intelligence measures” of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan January 28, 2005 will be implemented by the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, taking into account the requirements of Decree No. 186 dated
The Ministry of Finance is instructed to ensure that relevant funds related to the implementation of this Decision are included in the maintenance costs of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan based on the proposals of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan agreed with the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the drafting of the next year’s state budget draft.
