Bangladesh lost 5 wickets in the power play and lost 25 runs. There was a hint of helpless surrender, there was doubt about making a hundred. Farewell to Rishad even if Taskin ticks in the review

Goodbye to Mehndi in Hasaranga Google
Wanindu Hasaranga took his second wicket in his last over. Mehdi Hasan and Rishad Hossain’s innings top pair was broken.

Sri Lanka were hoping for a big score with the way Kushal Mendis was batting in the series-deciding third T20I in Sylhet. After the initial shock, it was the Lankan batsmen who were enriching Sri Lanka’s scoreboard. Bangladesh stopped them at 174 for 7 after being able to get Kushal Mendis out in the death over. Taskin dismissed Kushal Mendis who scored the highest and career best 86 runs of the innings. After that, the visitors could not score runs in Bangladesh’s controlled bowling. Bangladesh lost the review in the first over
Shariful put pressure on the Lankans with great bowling in the first over. Dhananjaya was defeated in the last three balls. In the last ball, however, the appeal of leg before also arose. Bangladesh won the toss for the third consecutive time in T20 series. They won the toss and took the bowling in the series deciding third match against Sri Lanka. Bangladesh won the toss and bowled in the previous two matches as well.
After losing to the Lankans in the first match at the Sylhet International Stadium, Bangladesh bounced back by winning the second match. The first T20 was a tough fight but the host team lost by just 3 runs. However, in the second match, they showed their strength and won by 8 wickets. The series is now tied at 1-1.
