“Criteria indicators of particularly important fixed assets (funds)” have been changed.
Publika.az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision in this regard.
According to the document, “Criteria indicators of particularly important fixed assets (funds)” are as follows:
Basic funds for ecology, defense, national security, emergency situations, defense industry, fire protection and civil defense, where state and mobilization reserves are kept, as well as buildings on the balance sheet of central and local executive authorities, budget organizations and state-owned legal entities, including their structural components and other immovable properties (the initial value of which is over 500,000 manats).
Devices and their structural components:
bridges, tunnels, ports of all types, including aerodromes, runways and roundabouts (regardless of value);
special radio-television towers, communication devices and satellites (regardless of value); 2.3. highways and railways (the initial cost of which is over 500,000 manats);
other devices (the initial cost of which is over 500,000 manats).
Electric, metro and railway stations (regardless of value).
Transmission devices and their structural components – electric wires with a voltage of more than 220 kW, gas, water and sewage pipelines, oil and oil products pipelines (with an initial value of more than 500 thousand manats) built on metal and reinforced concrete supports.
Machines and equipment (the initial value of which is over 500,000 manats).
All types of vehicles (with initial value above 1.0 million manats).
All types of fixed assets (funds) containing precious metals worth more than 50,000 manats.
