Daughters of Rosalinda, a woman victim of alleged medical negligence that left her with severe brain damage, announce that they will continue their fight in the search for justice and call on other victims to join the cause.

It was this Tuesday that the Torreón Criminal Justice Center held a new hearing against the doctor responsible for the intervention to which Georgina and Sara’s mother was subjected in June 2017, and who was not linked to the process. for the crime of serious injuries.

“We were waiting for this resolution from the judge that he was not going to link the doctor because my mother had not filed the complaint, she personally and that due to the fact that I had named her as her daughter, no, well no,” Sara shared.

As reported, Rosalinda, a teacher by profession with a master’s degree and with all the energy to continue developing professionally, entered a private hospital in Torreón to undergo three aesthetic procedures: liposuction, buttock transfer and breast implants.

After hours of supposed surgery, Rosalinda ended up with severe brain damage that cost her her total independence.

After the resolution, the victim’s daughters announced that the fight will continue.
