Daughter Jirešová admitted to mental illness: Three months in psychiatry!

Sofie Höppnerová, bought by Ivana Jirešovástar Surgery in the rose gardenwith the now deceased Ondřej Höppner (†55), inherited her parents’ artistic talents. Thanks to his mother, he has acting talent, after his father, who was a journalist, he can write again. So even though she is now studying conservatory, acting in the theater and has several roles in series, she is thinking about going into directing or screenwriting.

“I am currently writing a monodrama in which I also want to act. It’s challenging writing, but it’s a bit of a healing process for me. His name is Illness and it will be really strong,“ she revealed to iDnes at the premiere of the comedic romantic series Lie on the beach of the FTV Prima channel. The inspiration for the plot of the story, which is created under her hands, is said to be her own life – although she is barely of legal age, she has already experienced quite a lot.

In the upcoming theater play, her childhood experiences are to be reflected, when her parents fought over her and both wanted her under their care, so she had two homes. That made a big impression on her. “I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, anorexia and bulimia,“ revealed Sofie, who thereby demystified eating disorders and a type of personality disorder in which the sufferer suffers from tense, unstable moods and altered self-evaluation.

Her fragile, artistic soul even suffered so much that she had to seek professional help in the appropriate facility. “I’m now out of three months of psychiatric treatment and this is the first week I’ve been out and about again,” Sofie let herself be heard at the event for the series in which, together with other talented children, the daughters of Linda Rybová (48) and David Prachar (65), one of the main roles.
