Completion of the implementation of the development of the gymnasium at Al Hilal Club, which came through the efforts of former Minister of Planning Fakher Boufarna

Benghazi, March 20, 2024 (Al-Anbaa Libya) – The Administrative Centers Development and Development Authority announced the completion of the development of the gymnasium at Al-Hilal Club in the city of Benghazi, which was the culmination of the efforts of the former Minister of Planning in the National Unity Government, Dr. Fakher Boufarna, who allocated an amount of nine million dinars to accomplish this project. The hall.

Boufarna announced on December 26, 2021 that he was able to allocate the amount to Al-Hilal Club, similar to the Al-Ahly, Al-Nasr and Al-Tahadi clubs, pointing out that the role of the Ministry of Planning is limited to financing projects referred from various sectors, including the Ministry of Sports.

But the former Minister of Planning, Fakher Boufarna, confirmed at the time that he would seek, along with the Prime Minister and the Minister of State for Prime Minister and Cabinet Affairs, to monetize the allocations of the Al Hilal Club in Benghazi, which is what actually happened to achieve this achievement.

At that time, Boufarna contacted the former president of Al Hilal Club, lawyer Nader Bouchnaf, confirming that he had allocated the amount for the benefit of this great sports edifice, and that he was supportive of the youth and sports sectors in a way that served the public interest of the country.

The Minister of Planning had announced earlier during an interview with WAL that the Ministry of Planning had actually allocated the amount.

Al-Hilal Club had requested, through its official account on the social networking site, the Ministry of Sports and the Administrative Centers Development and Development Authority, to include the club among the development projects due to its eligibility for it, as it took place for four years in an area of ​​clashes that led to the complete destruction of its infrastructure, which is what called on the former Minister of Planning to take the initiative and include it. Within transformation and development plans.

The club then thanked and appreciated the Minister of Planning, Fakher Boufarna, for his generosity and direct communication with the club’s presidency to allocate and monetize the amount.

In a phone call with the Libyan News Agency, Boufarna congratulated the fans of the Laganti club on this achievement, expressing his hope to complete the rest of the projects for all clubs that were included in the development plan in the year 2021 AD. (Libyan News)
