CHP MP Veli Ağbaba criticized the AK Party

(ANKARA) – CHP Malatya Deputy Veli Ağbaba criticized AKP Spokesperson Ömer Çelik for his words “There is no early election in any way” and said, “In the first elections to be held, the candidate nominated by CHP will be the President and CHP will be in power by a wide margin. They should continue to live in fear of this, they will not be able to escape. If the AKP government stays for another three and a half years, it will unfortunately cause irreparable wounds in the country. Enough, think about this nation.”

CHP Malatya Deputy Veli Ağbaba reacted to AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik’s statement that “There is no early election in any way.” Drawing attention to the economic difficulties experienced in the country and criticizing the government, Ağbaba emphasized that the CHP candidate will be the President in the first elections to be held and said the following:

“The AKP spokesperson has not been able to overcome the trauma of March 31, has not been able to overcome the shock. I think he is depressed, our suggestion is that he sees a psychologist. The winner of the March 31 elections, the Republican People’s Party, is still the CHP in the polls by far. Our General Chairman is challenging us, we trust our party and our General Chairman, we say it with that self-confidence, we say let’s challenge. Inflation figures are announced, they are not meeting the target. The growth figures are obvious. Farmers have taken to the streets everywhere. Retirees are living below the poverty line. The state of the minimum wage is obvious, unemployment is rampant. There are 6 million 300 thousand young people in Turkey who do not work or study. Today, Ömer Çelik, who has started to seek help from Sisi, who is still clinging to Sisi’s hand and foot, continues to speak. In the first elections to be held, the candidate shown by the CHP will be the President and the CHP will be the government by a wide margin. They should continue to live in fear of this, they will not be able to escape. If there is no livelihood, there is an election. Fear does not help death.

“If the AK Party government stays for another 3.5 years, unfortunately it will cause irreparable wounds in the country”

Ağbaba, who emphasized that there was unemployment, poverty, deprivation and inconsistencies in foreign policy during the 23-year AK Party government, said the following in his statement:

He says, ‘We have a lot to do in three and a half years’, the point Turkey has reached in 23 years is clear, unemployment, poverty, deprivation and inconsistencies in foreign policy, he still says ‘we have work to do’. If he stays for another three and a half years, the AK Party government will unfortunately cause irreparable wounds in the country. Enough, think about this nation. Show a little respect for the March 31 elections. If he wants to receive service from the municipalities, we invite him to get on the completed metros in Istanbul. Let him come to Ankara and see how we help the poor. Let Ömer Çelik come and see what we have done in the municipalities, how we manage, how we provide social aid, how we provide transportation, how social municipality is done. We invite him to come and see.
