Chief Engineer of the project Chhi Shyangyu said that through this project, about one to two thousand people have got employment opportunities in Sri Lanka, and the family income of these local people has improved significantly. He is also very happy and pleased about this that his life is gradually becoming prosperous. It is also a social responsibility of Chinese-funded enterprises operating here.
