MEXICO CITY (apro).- The Secretariat of Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection of the capital government reported that the Yellow Alert was activated due to the forecast of high temperatures this Wednesday, May 1 in 12 municipalities of Mexico City.
Maximum temperatures of 28 to 30 degrees Celsius are forecast between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 1, 2024, the agency reported in a statement.
The districts in which the yellow alert is activated are Álvaro Obregón, Azcapotzalco, Benito Juárez, Coyoacán, Cuauhtémoc, Gustavo A. Madero, Iztacalco, Iztapalapa, Miguel Hidalgo, Tláhuac, Venustiano Carranza and Xochimilco.
