The legendary rock group, Kiaka, will celebrate its 38th anniversary on stage in Antsahamanitra on May 5. As a reminder, Jonny and Joce, the two founders of the group created it in 1986 and gradually completed the group thereafter.
To mark this jubilee, the members chose to return to Antsahamanitra. Their very first concert in this green theater dates back to May 5, 1996, hence the choice of the date. Jonny, currently working abroad, specifically came to Madagascar for this anniversary concert that the six members of the group wish to celebrate in a grandiose way.
On the big day, the concert will begin at exactly 2:38 p.m. The group will perform 38 songs. As a surprise, Lija will also be there as a special “guest”. Lamozika and Trade Union, the organizers, have in any case pulled out all the stops. Nostalgia and good atmosphere will surely mingle with the rock sounds that made Kiaka unique.
