News from Angola – The musical band AngoJazz opened the third edition of the national Jazz festival that took place on Tuesday, at Palácio de Ferro in Luanda.
The event featured the participation of French saxophonist, Jean-Renan.
The event was marked by several random presentations, with creativity where 20 artists showed their skills on stage.
According to the show’s coordinator, John Canga, he highlighted that the main objective of the project is to rescue talented young people in the jazz field, helping to enhance their careers.
According to saxophonist Jean-Renan, he explained that he intends to discover talents in the national market by passing on his knowledge.
The festival’s concerts will take place at the Instituto Guimarães Rosa and Fundação Arte e Cultura between the 10th and 12th and will end at Palácio de Ferro on the 14th.
