It is possible that Moscow is trying, as the Russians would say, to “inflame” Turkey. Is that why Russia withdrew from Artsakh, so to speak, giving a “bonus” to Aliyev? Will Aliyev play such a small and innocent game against Erdogan? Or is it his “answer” to Turkey, with the suspicion arising from the well-known statements of the representative of the majority of the National Assembly in Armenia, that Ankara can play some kind of “game” with Yerevan, by reaching some kind of agreement on the issue of genocide, it is difficult to say, but that he was able to to build a certain independence and regional subjectivity, it is without a doubt, therefore, being undoubtedly dependent on Ankara in the matter of war, however, it has a certain playing space in terms of political scenarios. It is worth noting that Zelensky’s expected visit to Armenia and Azerbaijan in March did not take place precisely because of Baku, which rejected the visit.
