Life Style: Baked pasta with onions, capsicum and red sauce with cheese. Baked pasta tastes so good that it is irresistible with the goodness of vegetables and cheese. Baked pasta is extra delicious due to the aroma of pasta cooked in red sauce and cheese yum. Pasta absorbs a lot of sauce while cooking, so be sure to add more sauce or pasta cooking water to make a juicy pasta bake.
Material
1 cup pasta
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup capsicum
1 teaspoon chilli pieces
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon parsley for garnish
3 to 4 cups water to cook pasta
salt to taste
Method
– First of all add water.
– Add salt and a few drops of oil and boil well.
– Add pasta. I used wheat pasta.
– Cook well. It takes at least 7-10 minutes to cook, it also depends on the variety of pasta.
– Keep an eye and keep checking.
– Check by cutting with a spoon. If it cuts easily then the pasta is cooked. Switch off.
– Filter immediately. Rinse with cold water to prevent overcooking. Cancel.
– Heat butter in a pan – add garlic and fry for a few seconds, then add onion.
Fry until golden.
Then add capsicum along with chilli flakes.
– Fry for one minute.
-Add pasta sauce with salt as needed. I used homemade pasta sauce.
– Mix well and cook for one minute.
– Add cooked pasta.
– Mix it well.
-Put it in the baking tray with a spoon.
– Add grated cheese.
– Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. I grilled it for the last 2 minutes. Finally sprinkle oregano and chilli pieces. Enjoy baked pasta.
