At the end of the hiking season mountain service at Krippenstein on the national holiday – 2024-02-16 10:43:51

At the end of the hiking season and the “Obertraun Mountain Experience”, a mountain service will be celebrated again on this year’s national holiday – Thursday, October 26th, 2023 – at the Heilbronn Chapel on Krippenstein.

In front of the unique natural backdrop of “King Dachstein”, all mountain, hiking and nature lovers are cordially invited to celebrate this special service at 2,100 meters together with Pastor August Stögner. The mountain service is musically accompanied by a brass band from the Obertrauner Ortsmusik.

Starts at 10:30 a.m. All mountain fair participants who report to the Dachstein-Krippenstein cable car ticket office by 10 a.m. will receive a special rate for the ascent and descent with the cable car. The Heilbronn Chapel can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot from the cable car mountain station via a well-developed hiking trail.
