No rules have been violated at the time of actual voting. This process of mock poll was done on 27 April 2024 at 11 am. During that time the General Observer and the election contesting candidates were present. It is clarified that carrying a mobile phone in the polling booth during the process of mock poll is a violation of the rules of the Election Commission. Disciplinary action has been taken against the presiding officer and legal action has been taken against the polling agent for violating the rules.
