The bill on same-sex couples left its own reverberations in the political world who came out in favor of reform. The symbolic “door” to Katerina Sakellaropoulou on the Sunday of Orthodoxy was commented on by circles of the Presidency and regarding the reception that Herodos Attikou traditionally hosts on that day. Sakellaropoulou’s entourage reported that the President of the Republic expresses her regret for the decision that the Church will not even come to the meal, if this decision is finally implemented.
