Tripoli, March 6, 2023 (LANA) – The head of the General Competitions Committee of the Libyan Mini-Football Federation, Abdul Qader Al-Sada’i, told the Libyan News Agency that tomorrow, Tuesday, is the start date for the league competitions.
Al-Sada’i added that the draw was held last Friday, with the participation of 16 teams, who qualified for the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and seventh regions, and were divided into “4” groups.
Al-Sada’i pointed out that the first group included the teams of Al-Senusiya University, Qaryounis, Al-Mahalla, and Tala’i Al-Sahara, while the teams of Al-Sadd, Al-Raja, Al-Ittihad, Al-Kufra, and Al-Rif came in the second group, while the teams of Al-Tahdi, Misrata, Asaria, Nujoom Al-Hadba, and Al-Wahda Al-Zintan were in the third group, and the fourth and final group was placed by the Ain Zara teams. And Al-Ahrar, Yafran, and Al-Farouq.
Al-Sadaadi explained that the matches of the first and second groups will be held in the Eastern Region. Hosted by Al-Senusiya University, while the third and fourth groups will be held in the Western Region, and the third group will play its matches against Al-Tahadi Club Misurata, while the fourth group will play on neutral stadiums, and the first from each group will qualify for the quadruple round of the championship’s coronation stage to determine the league champion.
