Ana/Tiwi appeared full of confidence in the first game. The second seed in the BWF World Tour Super 300 tournament, they even took a quick lead of 16-11.
After the break, Ana/Tiwi became more confident and the Indonesian women’s doubles won the first game with 21-12. In the second game, Ana/Tiwi faced stiff resistance from the Japanese pair.
Ana/Tiwi were behind 4-8. Being so far behind made the Japanese pair even more confident and they took a 5-11 lead in the second interval.
After the break, Ana/Tiwi were only able to add four points before the Japanese pair finally won the second game with 8-21. In the deciding game, the match became even more exciting. Two pairs trade attacks to compete for points.
Ana/Tiwi ended up trailing 9-11 in the third interval. After the break, Ana/Tiwi became increasingly helpless. This pair even had to fall back and forth to return the opponent’s shuttlecock.
However, Ana/Tiwi’s hard work still has not borne fruit. They had to settle for failing to reach the championship podium after losing 16-21.
