Algodoneros weakens as a visitor

Cuban Yadiel Hernández had a brutal night of 2 home runs and 6 runs batted in, to bury the Algodoneros del Unión Laguna and last night lead the Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos to a solid victory at the sound of 9 for 3, with which the team of the Two Nations secured the series at the UniTrade Stadium, in Laredo, Texas, United States.

The Algodoneros added their seventh defeat in eight games as visitors and fell in their global record to 6 wins and 8 losses, to momentarily place themselves in fifth place in the standings of the Northern Zone, when the fifth series of the 2024 season is about to end in the Mexican Baseball League.
