The will has been made, but the old man is going crazy and the children fear that he might change it again: what happens in the best families also seems to happen among the three children of the 88-year-old French film star Alain Delon.
Although everyone involved denies worrying about the inheritance, the actor’s two sons and daughter have been arguing in public for weeks over how to deal with their seriously ill father.

The three A’s – Anthony, 59, Anouchka, 33 and Alain-Fabien, 29 – mainly discuss whether Alain Delon should spend his last days in the family residence in France or move to Switzerland. The actor is resident in Switzerland and has dual citizenship.

His daughter Anouchka also lives in Switzerland and has been trying to bring her father there for a long time. However, the reduction of inheritance tax in Switzerland plays no role, she emphasizes. “The only reason is that he should be treated there by specialists,” she recently told broadcaster TF1.
Anthony on Anouchka: “Have faith in anything”
Anthony, who long had little contact with his two much younger half-brothers, accuses Anouchka of unjust intentions. “Someone who manipulates and lies to the family can do anything,” he told Paris Match magazine last week. He further stated that he had reported her allegations to the police.
This triggered a wave of legal disputes: the father’s lawyer announced a defamation lawsuit against Anthony. The younger brother Alain-Fabien explained that he, in turn, sued his sister, who, in his opinion, took advantage of his father’s weakness. He also released a secret recording in which Anouchka warns her father that he is walking into a trap.
Years of unequal treatment of children
Anthony was four years old when his father separated from his mother. He grew up with his godfather and fell into petty crime as a young man. Alain Delon has always preferred his daughter to the two boys, whom he called “the new Romy” in reference to his more famous lover, Romy Schneider.

According to Paris Match, Anouchka obtained not only a leadership position in the company that manages her father’s licensing and advertising contracts, but also a villa with a swimming pool on Delon’s property in Douchy, south of Paris. She was the only one to accompany Delon to Cannes in 2019, when she received a Palme d’Honneur for her life’s work.
Most importantly, the actor bequeathed half of his estate to his daughter – according to his son Anthony – in his will, while his two sons are expected to receive only a quarter each. A decision that probably did not contribute to the unity of the three brothers.
The actor and the housekeeper
The only time the three agreed was when they took action against another contender for the inheritance last year. Together they sued Hiromi Rollin, the actor’s longtime Japanese roommate. They suspected that she wanted to marry Alain Delon and thus secure a part of the inheritance.

Rollin was forced to leave Delon’s mansion. The proceedings are now closed, but Rollin now accuses the brothers of having interrupted Alain Delon’s medical treatment. “By doing so, they put his life in danger,” he told broadcaster RTL on Thursday.
It is not known how badly Alain Delon, who had several strokes in 2019, really is. “Sometimes he is there mentally, sometimes not”, this is how Alain-Fabien Delon describes the actor’s condition in the latest issue of “Paris Match” . “He keeps asking me if it’s morning or evening,” he adds. It seems entirely possible that Alain Delon no longer notices his children’s arguments.
