The Russian Central Election Commission announced that the voter turnout rate in the Russian presidential elections this morning, Saturday, reached 36.5%.

The committee stated, in a statement: “The voter turnout rate in the Russian presidential elections across the country reached 36.5% as of 8:40 on the second day of voting.”
