His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, received a written message from his brother, His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, king of the sisterly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, containing an official invitation to His Majesty to visit the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
His Majesty the King expressed his thanks and appreciation and His Majesty’s acceptance of this generous invitation from his brother, His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, King of the sisterly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The message was delivered to His Majesty by His Excellency Mr. Rami Saleh Al-Wreikat Al-Adwan, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Kingdom and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, during His Majesty’s reception of him at Al-Safriya Palace today.
During the meeting, His Majesty praised the historical ties and solid ties that bring the two kingdoms together and the advanced level of cooperation, close coordination and joint work at all levels to achieve their mutual interests and the aspirations of their brotherly peoples for further progress and development.
His Majesty expressed his appreciation and pride in the efforts of his brother, His Majesty the Jordanian King, in consolidating and thriving Bahraini-Jordanian relations, praising, may God protect him, the historical role played by brotherly Jordan in protecting the interests of the Arab nation, preserving its gains, supporting joint Arab action, and pushing towards achieving peace and stability in the region.
