The Court of Cassation ruled to reject the appeal of an accused who was sentenced to 5 years in prison. After she and others forged a stamp attributed to the Bahrain International Airport port and used it on a passport, contrary to the truth.

Details indicate that the Public Prosecution has accused the appellant of having participated in an agreement and assistance method with two girls and an unknown person in imitating a stamp attributed to the port of Bahrain International Airport, where the unknown person used the stamp to fingerprint the passport of the first accused, by placing on one of the pages of the passport forged official stamps affixed. Her entry and exit to and from the country contrary to the truth, in addition to committing the forgery of an official document, which is a credit for renewing the residency stipulated to be issued to the Ministry of Interior of Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs, by fabricating it to resemble the truth, and this was when she informed the second accused; The first accused said that her residence permit in the country had expired and she had to correct her legal status in the country. As a result, the second accused offered her the possibility of removing the violation she owed and amending her legal status so that her status in the country was sound, in exchange for a financial reward, as this would enable her to travel from Bahrain. Accordingly, the first defendant handed the second defendant her original passport and a sum of money to begin amending her legal status in the country. The second defendant took advantage of the first defendant’s passport being under her control and practiced on it, without the knowledge of the first defendant, her fraudulent methods of trapping victims who had no knowledge of the country’s laws by seizing their money. Under the pretext of amending their legal status in the country in conjunction with the third defendant and another unknown person by way of agreement and assistance, and imitating seals attributed to the Bahrain International Airport port and placing them on their travel documents, where they placed on one of the pages of her passport forged official seals proving her entry and exit to and from the country, contrary to the truth, to make her believe that those Stamps in the passport to amend their legal status, in addition to committing forgery of the residence renewal balance stipulated for its issuance to the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs Affairs by fabricating it similar to the truth, and after they completed their act; The third accused handed over the passport to the second accused, who in turn handed it to the first accused and informed her that the stamps inside the passport were evidence of amending her legal status in the country and that the residence renewal balance attributed to its issuance of the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs Affairs was the security paper proving the extension of her stay in the country, and accordingly the accused assaulted The first was with the stamps. She went to Bahrain International Airport to leave the country and presented her passport to the competent employee to complete her travel procedures. However, the employee became suspicious of the stamps affixed to the passport proving her departure from the country and her return after three days. By reviewing the special system, it was proven to him that she had not left the country in the three days on the stamp, so he Inform the police to take legal action against it.

Investigations indicated that the incident was true, as the third accused was defrauding violators of Asian nationalities residing in the country illegally through her mediation with the second accused.

The High Criminal Court had ruled the imprisonment of the second accused for 5 years and the imprisonment of the third accused for 7 years, and ordered their final deportation from the country after carrying out the sentence. It also ruled that the first accused was acquitted of the accusation attributed to her, and the ruling was not accepted by the third accused, therefore; I appealed against it and it was decided to amend the sentence from 7 years’ imprisonment to 5 years’ imprisonment and uphold otherwise. Accordingly, I appealed the ruling to the Court of Appeal, which ruled to cancel the deportation and uphold the 5-year imprisonment. Accordingly, I filed an appeal against the ruling with the Court of Cassation, which ruled to reject it and uphold the previous ruling.
